Subscription orders process first thing on the day of your autoship, and once they are processed, you cannot adjust your order.
So if you are looking to adjust your subscription, or even cancel it - you MUST do so at least the day before the your auto-ship - and for requests through Customer Service, it must be at least 1 business day before.
We send a warning email 5 days prior to your autoship date, giving everyone plenty of time to make any adjustments they may want! :)
Please keep in mind that our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, 8-5 Pacific Time, so if you make a request through them <email@example.com>, it must be before 5 pm the business day before your order.
